Looking for a dive buddy for the quarry on July 1st around 9am. I am visiting the area on vacation and do not have a dive buddy.

yea man...i am going diving with a couple other people on july 1st, and u are more than welcome to go diving with us. have u ever been diving at haigh before? its one of my favorite places to go diving in the chicago land area. another great place is mermet springs. i dont know if youve ever been there, but its way cooler than haigh.

my ambition is to dive...for as long as i possibly can until its physically impossible for me to dive again.
"its pitch black, going down. all i can see is the light that i hold. i follow the line down with my dad, who i cling to for dear life, being my first night dive. i see the lights of all the other divers, but no diver appears in the distance. what appears to be close might be far. what looks like one shadow might be another. we hit 70 feet and all of a sudden the ocean bottom hits. at 78 feet i hit the deepest and darkest dive of my life, in the middle of the gulf of mexico, and the wreck/reef appears at its most unique form which man r

Plus, I have not been to Haigh Quarry before, but the web site looks pretty cool. And just to give you an idea of my diving background, I have been diving since 2001, I have logged over 100 dives, and I am a master diver. I am looking forward to the dive, and I was planning on doing two tanks that morning also.
