Does anyone know the current condtions of the algal bloom, and is it in the shallow end?  posted Wed 8/25/2010

12/29/2008 		absolutly there is a lot to see in the shallows. If you look at the quarry map on the fron page you will see two rock drills, a rock crusher, santas sleigh, and a drum stand with pine trees, navigation course and a buoyancy course. The slabs and wire are a little harder to find given the plant life and silt present. Also in the north east corner there is the fish habitat that is made of several square structures roughly 5 feet square where new fish can hide from predators and around the corner on the east wall at 18 feet is the new air plane attraction. It is a small plane they made to look like it hit the wall. There is also a few other things not on the map like a porta potty and golf ball rock. All this is in shallow water no more than 25 feet and its warm right now.
